Celebrate the harvest season with a special outdoor dinner prepared and served in the Orchard Courtyard Saturday, Nov. 8 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Flavors of Fall, sponsored by Lifetouch, invites guests to snuggle up under the warm tent or sit by the crackling fire while watching professional chefs from the American Culinary Federation prepare a three-course meal.
The fall-focused meal showcases local ingredients from Farmers Market at Minnetrista, paired with fine Belgian beers from the Brugge Brasserie in Broad Ripple. The menu includes a starter of Warm Salad with Grilled Roasted Endive, Crushed Nuts and Maytag Blue Cheese served with Beer Bread. The entree will be Chicken Ballotine with Fennel served with Garlic Grilled Tomatoes and Roasted Root Vegetables. Finishing off the dinner will be a delicious Fall Apple Delight.
Chefs will demonstrate their skills using quality cookware available from Casella's Kitchen and Chris Piche, from the Fickle Peach, will provide commentary on each beer pairing. Enjoy the sights, smells and tastes of Flavors of Fall at Minnetrista.
