Muncie Music Fest will be Sept. 8 Downtown

The First Annual Muncie Music Fest will be held in the streets of Downtown Muncie on September 8th from 3pm-1am. This is a gated all age event, celebrating a huge variety of independent, unsigned artists sharing their talents from the heart of it all!

What moves your feet? Pick your beat!... rock, folk, indie, progressive, country, punk, blues, jazz, rockabilly, hip hop, metal, soul, bluegrass...WHAAAT! We will entice you with three outdoor performance stages and additional listening opportunities in a variety of Downtown venues both familiar and new.

The action will begin in the late afternoon with daredevil performances by the Just Ride Skate Park stunt bike and skateboard team. They will perform several times throughout the evening. Stop by Full Circle "Arts Park" to experience a variety of visual, performance and interactive art offerings.

Make an evening of it Downtown! Food vendors, beer gardens, fun merchandise and many live performances promise a new experience for everyone!

MITS Late Night Loop Trolley will provide free transportation from campus 6pm-3am.
