Downtown Business Council Announcements

The Muncie Downtown Business Council invites merchants, friends and residents of downtown to attend the next Downtown Business Council meeting on Wednesday, August 29th, at 3:00 pm in The Star Press conference room, 345 S. High St.

You need not be a member to attend the meetings, and Downtown Business Council is not limited to businesses and merchants. Meetings typically last one hour. Please come by, bring a friend, and help take part in making Downtown Muncie the best place to be.

The next meeting of the Muncie Downtown Business Council will be Wednesday, August 29, at 3:00 pm in The Star Press conference room.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

If you or your business has not yet paid their DBC dues for the year, please do so at this time. Applications will be available at the DBC meeting next Wednesday, or may be downloaded from the website at the following link:

If you would like an application mailed to you, please email your request, along with your mailing address, to info@munciedowntown.com.

Membership dues are $25 for Individual or Friend membership, and $50 for Corporate membership, and will be effective through June 2008.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE NEXT DBC "MEET THE MEMBERS" MIXER ON SEPT. 27

The Artist Within will host the next "Meet the Members" social mixer on Thursday, Sept. 27, from 5-7pm.

Members will be on hand to answer any questions about the Downtown Business Council, and membership applications will be available for anyone who wants to join. This is an excellent opportunity to network with your downtown peers, and discover what DBC can do for you.

Please make a point to attend the meeting and/or the mixer to learn all about the Downtown Business Council, and our continued efforts to market your business and our downtown neighborhood.

A holiday "Meet the Members" mixer is scheduled for November 29th at Cornerstone Center for the Arts.
