The St. Patrick's Day Parade Downtown, scheduled for Saturday March 14th @ 5:30pm has been cancelled due to an insufficient number of parade entries. The number of parade entries received, failed to qualify as an actual parade and did not create enough revenue to justify the cost of insurance and safety needs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will look forward to a larger participant response next year.

Local artists are invited to submit their original art work to Cornerstone Center for the Arts' third annual juried art show. Artists can register and submit their work during the week of March 30th through April 3rd from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded based on the winners for each category in each age group. Through March - The Artist Within will feature "Moving Forward with Hope" an exhibit of recent work by local artist Laurie Lunsford.
