Creative Family Workshops at Cornerstone

Is your family looking for a fun weekend activity that can be enjoyed by the whole family? Cornerstone Center for the Arts is beginning a series of one time visual arts workshops for the whole family. The first workshops will be Saturday, March 14th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and will include two options - family albums and garden ornaments.

The family album workshop will offer participants an opportunity to turn memories into works of art. Participants are asked to bring family photos and a creative spirit and all other materials are provided. This workshop will be taught by Cornerstone visual arts teacher Patricia Kreigh and participants can create an album as a family or as an individual at $15 per album.

The garden ornament workshop will allow participants a chance to create a personalized greeting for visitors and guests. Participants can choose to make a yard stake, a garden ornament, a suncatcher, a chime, or a mobile at the workshop and all the necessary materials will be provided. The workshop will be taught by Cinda Dior and the price is $15 per person.
