Cornerstone Center for the Arts in Muncie held its first-ever Cornerstone Art Show, a juried art competition, on Wednesday, April 18th. Over 120 individuals participated in the competition, which was judged by six local artists: Julie Beck, Jasen Combs, April ElNaggar, Karen Karki, Danielle Linehan, and Lynette K. Waters-Whitesell.
Participants received prizes from local sponsors, including: Art Mart, Steak 'n Shake, Sunshine Cafe, The Artist Within, the Blue Bottle, Cassella's Kitchen, Kerasotes Theaters, Scotty's Brewhouse, Chili's, the Olive Garden, Clancy's Village Bowl, and Mancino's.
Other sponsors included Ontario Systems and J. Claus Enterprises.
