Hopefully these plans will induce an interest in the downtown, while promoting businesses to take a more proactive approach in stimulating the Downtown's economy. Furthermore, we hope that with the action plans presented, it can bring a better awareness to businesses in the downtown on what they can do and what they can work on.
"We hope that these plans will stimulate and educate businesses on the Downtown, so that they may invest in what is to be a bright future for Muncie's Downtown."
