Upcoming Events at Cornerstone Center for the Arts

Join Cornerstone Center for the Arts for an Open House on Tuesday, September 9th from 5:00-7:00pm for a free Open House to showcase our building, programs, and exciting events. All community members of all ages are invited to see what Cornerstone has to offer.


FALL CLASS REGISTRATION
The Cornerstone Arts Program is offering a wide variety of 12-week long classes this fall, including Dance, Theatre, Visual Arts, Language, Music, Writing, Kindermusik and Private Lessons.

Don't miss out on this fall's exciting class selection. We have classes for all ages -- infants through adults. Encourage your family and friends to take a look at Cornerstone Center for the Arts and all of the programs offered!

Cornerstone's fall classes begin Monday, September 15. Private lessons may begin at anytime.

NEW ART EXHIBIT: FIGURES AND NEW WORK BY SARAH LABARGE
Sarah LaBarge, a current Ball State University student, will have her art work on display in the Cornerstone Gallery from September 22nd to October 31st. The show is titled Sarah LaBarge: Figures and New Work and features 18 pieces of her recent work.

This is the third show in the newly renovated Cornerstone Gallery. The gallery is located on the second floor of our building. The gallery will continue to exhibit and promote the artwork of Cornerstone students and instructors, local high school and college students, as well as local and regional artists. The cost is free and open to the public.

We are currently in need of carpeting for the private lessons hallway and studios, a video camera, a digital camera, quality art supplies, computers with Pentium 4 or higher processors, flat screen monitors, empty Dell, HP, and Lexmark ink cartridges, and more.
