Downtown Business Council Meets Wednesday

The Muncie Downtown Business Council will meet Wednesday, Sept. 24th, at 3pm in the Star Press building conference room. DBC meetings typically last one hour.

Following the meeting, the Downtown Business Council float building party for the BSU Homecoming parade will be at 6pm at Muncie Sign Shop, 1912 N Granville Ave.

The homecoming parade is Saturday, Sept. 27, with lineup at at Central High School between 7 and 8am. We need people to walk with the Downtown float! Call Cheryl Crowder at (765) 282-7897 if you want to help represent Downtown Muncie in the parade.

Downtown Business Council is an excellent opportunity to network with your downtown peers, keep informed of downtown happenings, and learn all about the Downtown Business Council and our continued efforts to market your business and our downtown neighborhood.

Members will be available to answer any questions about the Downtown Business Council, and membership applications will be available for anyone who wants to join. Please come by, bring a friend, and help take part in making Downtown Muncie the best place to be.

You don't have to be a DBC member to attend the meetings, but we encourage your involvement in the organization. Downtown Business Council is not limited to businesses and merchants. Residents, organizations and supporters of downtown in general are also welcom to join DBC.
