Gallery 308 Members Show Call for Entries

Gallery 308 invites you to participate in the 4th Annual Members Show. This non-juried exhibit is your opportunity to share your artistic endeavors. Non-members, or those whose contributions are not updated for 2008, may enter by joining at the level of their choice. (The minimum membership contribution is $35 for an individual or $20 for student membership.)

Pass on the word and help Gallery 308 grow! To become a member (if you are not one now), call the Gallery at 765-289-8575 or contact Sherry Powell at 765-282-0204 and ask for a membership form.

Specifications for Members Show:

Exhibitors must be current members of Gallery 308.

Maximum of 3 pieces per member.


The gallery will exhibit as much as the space will allow.

2D work, including frame, must not exceed 48" in any direction

nor 50 lbs.; and, must be wired for hanging.

3D work must not exceed 36" in any of its dimensions, nor 75 lbs.


All work must be labeled with the following information:

Title: Date: Media: Artist Name: Price/NFS

All work must be original and completed within the last 2 years.

All work must be exhibition ready.

All work must remain in the exhibition for its duration.

Gallery 308 reserves the right to photograph and reproduce images of exhibited work for publicity purposes.

Gallery 308 does not retain a commission from the sale of art and rely upon the kind donations from the artists that sell their work during or as a result of the exhibition.

Gallery 308 is a 501(c) (3) organization.

All contributions and donations are deductible to the extent allowed by law.



Dates to Remember about the Members' Show:

June 26th - 28th: Delivery of Artwork to the gallery - 2:30 to 5:00 PM

July 3rd - 24th - 4th Annual Members Show

Opening Reception July 5th - 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

July 25th & 26th
Pick up of work - 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
