All Things Gingerbread at Minnetrista

Join Minnetrista for our new Gingerbread Workshop Series! Children and adults alike can experience hands-on activities, as well as professional demonstrations. Learn to make and design a gingerbread house that will dazzle your friends and family this holiday season, or maybe even enter our Gingerbread House Contest where your creation could become part of the exhibit!

Show & Tell: Gingerbread Houses
Saturday, November 3, 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m.
How can delicious foods make a mouth-watering piece of art? By adding a pinch of personality, a dash of creativity, and a whole lot of sugar! The whole family can watch as our guests Jackie Bakken and Barbara Dorton make a gingerbread house come together right before your very eyes!
Included with paid admission, there is no registration required for this program

Farmer's Market Demonstration
Saturday, November 17, 9 a.m.-9:45 p.m.
Once again Mona Bever will demonstrate the basic "how-to's" of gingerbread construction at our Farmer's Market. Recipe ideas and decorating hints are sure to be helpful as the holiday season approaches!
There is no fee or registration required for this program.

Family Gingerbread Workshop
Saturday, December 8, 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
Gingerbread walls, icing cement, gumdrop chimneys...the whole family will have great fun building a tasty house together! Everyone can be a part of this sweet and sticky program.
Registration Deadline: Saturday, December 1
Members: $15/house; Non-Members: $20/house
