Muncie Children's Museum Collecting Non-Perishable Food for Second Harvest Food Bank

Help spread holiday cheer by bringing a non-perishable food item to the Muncie Children's Museum for the Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana, and receive $1 off general admission, per person, throughout the entire month of December.

The Muncie Children's Museum has teamed up with Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana to collect food items for people in and around East Central Indiana. To help, bring a non-perishable food item to the Museum, and receive $1 off general admission, per person, throughout the month of December. This offer is not valid with any other Muncie Children's Museum coupon. Non-perishable items such as canned meats, vegetables, fruit, peanut butter, cereal rice, chicken and tuna are preferred.

Second Harvest Food Bank relies on private and foundation support to fund our hunger-relief efforts in east central Indiana. Second Harvest provides emergency food to more than 7,900 people each week by collecting millions of dollars worth of food a year and distributing to families and individuals in need through emergency food pantries, shelters, and kitchens.

The Muncie Children's Museum provides hands-on, educational and innovative learning. The Museum is located at 515 S. High St. Museum hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays and 1-5 p.m. Sundays. Admission is $6 a person ages 1-100.
