Downtown board member reprimanded for 'profane' e-mails

MUNCIE -- Outspoken businessman Leon Dixon was admonished Tuesday by fellow members of the Muncie Downtown Development Board for using "profanity, epithets and general name-calling" in recent e-mails discussing the organization's finances.
