July Events at The Artist Within

This month The Artist Within will offer Heidi Hale's Basic Wire Jewelry class. This is a perfect "getaway evening" and gives you the skills to continue making wire jewelry on your own. We need four students signed up in advance to make the class "go". The cost is $50 and includes all materials, use of tools and instruction by Heidi J. "Pushing Reality" is our gallery show featuring the photography of Brad Ayers. His new work is quite different from that in his earlier exhibit here at the Artist Within.

Although we are closed this week for our Summer Break, we will host Brad’s "First Thursday" opening this Thursday, July 3rd from 5-8 pm. We will also be closed when Gus Macker returns to the Downtown July 20th. However, private parties may be scheduled that day.

"Thank you" goes out to all of you who took advantage of our "Gas Beater Special" we will continue to subtract the daily price of one gallon of unleaded regular gas from your $15 or more pottery bill throughout the Summer. The offer will be good through August 31, 2008.

Another incentive is our "Christmas in July Week" offering pottery painting with NO STUDIO FEE.

Be sure to stop in July 22-26. Clay Camp for 9-12 year olds is July 14-18…space is still available.
