Cardinal Greenways 15th Anniversary Events

Come join us at the Historic Wysor Street Depot, 700 E. Wysor St., Muncie, IN, for some family fun! Guests of all ages are invited to help us celebrate the anniversary of Cardinal Greenways with these special events:

Ice Cream Social

On Friday, August 15, 2008 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, come enjoy a tasty ice cream treat and take a stroll along the Greenway. Come one or come all to cool off and to take in the beautiful trails!

Motion Analysis

On Monday, September 15, 2008 at 7:00 pm, come and listen as Jeff Frame, Manager of the Biomechanics lab at Motion Analysis, explains proper bike fit and gives tips on proper running and walking shoe fit. Be active and be safe by learning how to move the right way!

Fall Scavenger Hunt

On Wednesday, October 15, 2008, bring the family for a fall scavenger hunt along the trail from 4:00 - 6:00 pm . Kick off the season with some fun in the foliage and stick around for some tasty fall treats!

Write your Story for a Healthier Life

On Saturday, November 15, 2008, at 10:00 am, come and listen as Lori Byers from Ball State University, explains how we have the power to improve our health based on the story and script we "write" for ourselves. Learn how to develop a pro-active plan for living a healthier life.

Christmas Treats at the Depot

Take a break from shopping on Monday, December 15, 2008 and stop by the Depot for a Christmas treat from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. You will also be able to learn the history of the Depot and Cardinal Greenway. Be sure and check out our gift shop for your Holiday shopping.
