The Art and Craft of Crime and Mystery Writing at Gallery 308

Gallery 308 announces The Art and Craft of Crime and Mystery Writing as the monthly Living Arts offering for March 8. Kathryn Kennison and Jim Huang will present this program at 7 pm at the Gallery, 308 E. Main.

Kennison and Joanna Wallace founded, in 1993, Magna Cum Murder, a crime writing festival for readers and writers of that genre, held annually in Muncie. Kennison is Director of the E.B. and Bertha Ball Center.

Huang is the proprietor of The Mystery Company, a Carmel, Indiana mystery and suspense bookshop. His small publishing company, Crum Creek Press, is devoted to the mystery genre, and currently has nine titles in print with two more due in 2007.

Gallery 308 is delighted to welcome these two entertaining personalities to its Living Arts series. The program is free; light refreshments will be provided.
