You are Invited...
Street department personnel, park de-partment employees, tree board mem-bers, homeowners, city planners, and anyone else who is charged with the actual care of community trees.


You will learn?
? How to properly select, plant, and maintain trees. You will also learn how a tree grows and responds to wounds.
? Benefits of trees to your community ? How to select the best tree for the site ? How to properly plant & care for trees
? How to properly prune trees ? How to diagnose many common pests and diseases
? How to recognize trees that may pre-sent a danger to property or people

Registration Cost of this workshop is $25.00 and includes lunch and breaks. Registrations must be received by 9/29/2006. In the event that we do not have 15 registered participants, the workshop will be cancelled and all monies refunded.
