28th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held Saturday March 13th beginning at 5:30p.m. Line-up will begin at 4pm at Muncie Central Field house parking lot. The parade will proceed south on Walnut Street to Charles St. and return via Mulberry St.Parade entry forms will be available www.munciedowntown.com.
