Featuring a Unity Walk from the County Courthouse to the New Year's Eve festivities at Walnut and Charles Street in Downtown Muncie.Festivities begin at 10:30pm, followed by a midnight “Times Square” ball drop and fireworks and heated indoor kids’ activities.
