Mitchell Place Studio in downtown Muncie would like to invite you Thursday, December 6th at 5:00pm to this month's showcase of recent, supported student art and research projects in association with the Muncie Arts/Walk.

CUBES: Interactive Virtual Reality Media Browser

This project is an interactive 3-dimensional media browser built within a virtual reality authoring environment that allows a user to select media through the use of RFID tags. The project was produced in the immersive experience designed by a team of students participating in IDIAA's Immersion Seminar with additional help from students involved in the Digital Fabrication Insititute. It was awarded and Award of Excellence and a cash prize at the iDMAa Beyond Boundaries 2007 conference in Philadelphia.
